Westfield Shopping Town Miranda

Boost Juice is one of Australia’s leading health food retailers and was committed to offering this shopping complex not one but two of its stores to service the huge client trade.

This project involved us having to take an existing kiosk situated within Westfield Shopping Town Miranda and undertake refurbishment works in an effort to create the kiosk you see in the imagery. Whilst the bulk of the original foot print still exists, the trick was to redress and customise that existing framework in a way that complimented the new store by offering the Boost Juice theme.

From the outset, the challenge was to carry out the work with a limited site presence until the very end of the project where most of the site work and finishing was done. We were able to bring together all trades within a 4 night period for all site works and relied on accurate estimates where everything came together. In total this project was completed within a 4 week period.

The project in itself did have some hiccups. Newton’s law always applies when refurbishing stores however it is a testament to our staff, contractors and managers who professionally stuck with this project until completed and ready for handover.
