Koon Hong Shellharbour

The client was interested inrefurbishing a new food outlet with a greater emphasis on blending food with cultural design.

The store is rather small due to the food court location and so the design has utilised lighter colours and extra lighting to raise the general mood.

The emphasis in this project was placed on the overhead timber sign box, which takes pride of place. The counter has an extremely modern design and compliments the stainless steel / hygenic look.

As on many occasions, this store had little time to be completed. Design concepts and manufacture were all handled by Pro Finish.

As an example of efficiency, this store was created with a fixed budget. The owners have to be commended for making the store as attractive as it is with their merchandising and promotional efforts.
