Poco’s has been servicing clients of Campbelltown Mall for over 10 years with a combination of coffees and food to satisfy every appetite.

We were approached by the owners to modify the existing location, without changing too much in the way of the kiosk lay-out. Because of its service history and quality, Poco’s has maintained a strong regular clientele. The aim was to invigorate the look of the store, whilst remaining inviting to current and new clientele.

The dated colour scheme was replaced with an energetic combination of carnival red as well as the warm espresso theme. The existing beach colour was used to compliment the new. The dated rounded cake and cookie displays were replaced with modern square display units with an emphasis on lighting and freshness.

The main structural aspects of the kiosk have been redressed to demonstrate the product available in store. Products made fresh daily. The point of sale counter has been redesigned as the meeting point for clients, clearly signified by the bright A2 size illuminated light box display.

To compliment the makeover, the store was given a brand new logo. This logo along with the changes made, has made Poco’s the jewel of the lower level. As well as a change of design and colours, the owners have made changes to the menu, inviting a new range of clientele, whilst continuing to cater for the regular patrons.

This makeover has been an immense success. Not only for the clients, who now have an improved alternative for fresh food, but also for the owners who were able to have these works done without losing a single days trade.
