Warrawong Health Pharmacy

Situated at the primary entry area to Westfield Shopping Town Warrawong, Warrawong Health Pharmacy is the leading pharmaceautical retailer in the area and was in need of a refurbishment to coincide with works taking place within the shopping centre.

The client approached us on the grounds that we had successfully carried out work on his behalf before on similar projects. On modifying and changing the plans for the store, we were able to agree to a better solution which allowed the client to meet his proposed budget and more importantly trade during the refurbishment works.

The works consisted of the removal and replacement of existing entry, doors, bulkhead counter flooring showcase display and ceiling. Our works included the removal and replacement of signage and glass. The store was partitioned into 2 sections and works were done within the hording section until complete.

As a result of these works, the store has a more vibrant and rich feel having incorporated the red whilst at the same time increasing the size of the showcase and display shelving systems. The entry area to the store is far more welcoming and the overall feel is now consistent with the placement of the store within the centre.

Undertaking refurbishment works requires common sense thinking. The client and our company estimator and director were able to suggest changes to the original plans which maintained the good ideas and abolish the bad ones. We would like to thank the owner of Warrawong Health Pharmacy for giving us another opportunity to carry out works on his behalf and trust that his new look store will continue to trade successfully long into the future.
